Addingtons have designed and built glass assembly machines for the automotive industry for many years. These machines have evolved from basic jigs and fixtures in to assembly machines with built in quality control ensuring that the correct glass variant is present and that the correct parts including clips, mirror brackets and rain sensors are applied and positioned accurately.

We have experience with handling and assembling front windshields, backlights, door glass and quarter lights and by working closely with the end user and applying many years of experience to each one ensure that each piece is assembled correctly and accurately via a continuously evolving poke yoke system.

Cold-sore cream

All pharmaceutical products are checked regularly to ensure the highest quality. In order to check the contents of cold-sore pump dispensers we developed a system which empties the contents of 5 cold-sore cream pumps at the same time in to a polished stainless steel tray. A user friendly interface allows the operator to select between single-shot and  multi-shot pumping.
